Paul Wildrick
CEO, President

Before joining Adverus, Inc, Mr. Wildrick orchestrated the turnaround of a medium sized environmental company. Before he joined the company it had 3 years of flat sales, increasing expenses, high employee turnover and reduced workforce productivity. In less than 6 months, by adding sales and marketing infrastructure, increasing communications and streamlining operational systems, he caused revenue to grow at an annual rate of 26%, reduced expenses by 21%, reduced turnover by 86% and increased workforce productivity by 19%.

Prior to this, he managed four entrepreneurial firms with complementary technologies and services for the design, testing and delivery of online training. For over twenty-five years he has managed the sales and marketing success for companies entering into new market areas. These emerging high-tech companies pioneered word processing, facsimile, personal computers, computer information retrieval systems, voice/data communication, and networking.

Mr. Wildrick specialized in fast-growth markets, thereby gaining perspective on how to establish a new business environment, sales framework and incentive program to propel firms to the top of their segments. Mr. Wildrick has a degree in Biology/Chemistry. Early in his career he worked as an analytical chemist for an oil refinery and as a research and development chemist for a liquid crystal company. He brings his considerable talents and experience to Adverus, Inc. where he can help attorney firms and corporate business owners realize their goals.
