Our Environmental Services Division has managed many Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), and National Contingency Plan (NCP) projects that cost several million dollars. We have managed numerous private and public sector projects including petroleum refineries, aerospace and high tech manufacturing facilities, landfills, utilities, gasoline stations, chemical distribution facilities, industrial and manufacturing facilities, developers, manufacturing gas plants, and transporters. Our private sector work includes compliance monitoring and characterization of soil and groundwater contamination at major petroleum refineries (Tosco refinery in Martinez and the Chevron Refinery in Port Arthur, Texas). Our public sector experience includes work for California Transportation District (Caltrans), East Bay Municipal Utility District, and the Lemoore Naval Air Station projects.
